Counter service functionality falls into the categories of Quick Service or Fast Casual.  Counter Service settings enables cashiers to build customer relationships while sustaining speed of service 

Customer Names

MicroSale has the capability to enter guests’ names at the beginning, middle, or end of the order taking process.Many systems make you put in the name prior to taking an order.  When a customer walks up and starts telling the cashier the order, the cashier has to cut them off, and ask for their name.

Instant Table Tent

MicroSale can print the name of a customer or print the order number largely on a receipt.  A customer can then fold the paper and set it on the end of the table creating a quick and convenient table tent. 

Conversational Ordering

This feature allows your customers to order as they please in a conversational style.  Cashiers can go through the prompts as it is programmed or can go out of sequence.

Customers are apt for changing their mind, now it is easier than ever to change modifiers and change items. Simply touch the modifier/ menu item and wah-la! The item is changed
