MicroSale’s Employee Scheduler takes the stress and time out of building a labor schedule. You are able to black out certain times and dates for unavailable employees.
On the left side of the grid, the job category is listed. This displays the number of servers, cooks, bartenders, etc., that you will need during the different days in the week. The scheduler uses different colors to highlight out of town employees, blocked days, and overtime/undertime issues.
The manager can make a master schedule of positions needed for each day of the week to use as a template, and then simply click the employees name to fill in the schedule. Hours and gross pay are both tracked so management can forecast what their labor costs will be
