MicroSale has the capability to control your ordering process. It can create purchase orders that you can send out to your purveyors and order product. All like items are stored under the name of each vendor and repeat orders are only a few clicks away. Once the order has been placed, simply wait for it to be delivered, audit the delivery for accuracy and press received. The items are then quickly and easily added directly into your inventory.
Restaurants use “Ideal Cost” for signature items or expensive costed items. MicroSale will figure the ideal usage and the On Hand amount then run a comparison. This allows you to stay in the know with your expensive inventory.
MicroSale comes standard with an item countdown feature. Many competitors only inform you when you are out of a specific item. MicroSale enables staff to now know when items are getting low. MicroSale will tell you when you are down to your last 10, 5 or whichever amount you choose to set.
Every item that you set to track will have the remaining amount displayed on the menu button. Each time an item is sold, the available amount will update the correct number on every terminal. Once an item is sold out the item will no longer allow the item to be sold.
MicroSale has the capability to portion out ingredients that constitute a single dish sold. All of the food costing, conversions and profit calculations can be built through these recipes. This will allow you to see the total cost of a single dish. MicroSale also has the capability to build a price from a desired profit margin.

The entire inventory module or RPM Manager will allow you track complete product movement through your business. It will allow you to fully understand how the product that came in the back door translates into profits when the customer walks out the front door.
