MicroSale will instantly recall a customer’s profile based upon their phone number. Use the Optional Caller ID Interface and the software will recall the order from the caller ID information. On the right will display a customer’s last order. You can either “reorder” the same items or you can go straight from there to the order screen.
Prevent forgotten orders with the ‘Order Pending’ alert, or set your Back office to automatically print pending orders to the kitchen at the appropriate time.
Phone Orders
MicroSale has advanced phone order technology including an interface to Caller ID which allows a restaurant to have up to 8-lines. Phone orders can easily be taken without caller ID as well. You can look up existing customers by phone number, address, or name.

Assign Drivers
Simply click on the order and assign it to an employee on the clock or assign drivers by printing bar codes to the receipt and then scanning the code when orders are ready.
Make the driver’s job easier by using the built-in Map Quest Interface. Assign orders to a driver and then print site-to-site directions for the delivery route starting from the store.

Delivery
Once an order is ready for delivery, MicroSale makes the process fast and easy. On the delivery order screen touch the orders to be delivered and then touch the driver dispatch button. Select the driver to dispatch and now the orders are in custody of the driver.
