Delivery
Once an order is ready for delivery, MicroSale makes the process fast and easy. Staff can assign drivers with the touch of a button. Simply touch the order and tough the driver dispatch button. Phone Orders
MicroSale has advanced phone order technology including an interface to Caller ID which allows a restaurant to have up to 8-lines. Phone orders can easily be taken without caller ID as well. You can look up existing customers by phone number, address, or name. More Information
Conversational Ordering
This feature allows your customers to order as they please in a conversational style so they feel like they are having a friendly conversation rather than just answering a list of questions. Conversational Ordering also helps remind cashiers of up sell opportunities.
