Remote Support

MicroSale’s call center provides prompt, reliable and knowledgeable support services. Trained technicians stand by from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday who can instantly connect to any internet enabled terminal.

Weekends and weekdays after 6 PM EST are limited to emergencies only.

Support pricing is based on your number of POS terminals and services needed.
