Altering Employee Hours

Introduction

If an employee forgot to clock in or clock out, a manager will need to edit the employee’s time.

Managers Menu > Time Clock Functions

  1. Select the dropdown and choose the employee (displays alphabetically by last name)
  2. Select the employee
    1. All shifts for the current labor period will display (if you have months of data here, you need to close your time records!)
  3. Touch/click the necessary field – if the employee forgot to clock out, select the Time Out field and select the time that the employee left.
  4. Review the screen to make sure everything is correct, Save
